Wneg Rongjin, male, Han, a citizen of Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, was born in 1963. He has obtained the degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and senior economist. He is a member of China Democratic National Construction Association, a member of Central Enterprise Committee of China Democratic National Construction Association and the deputy director of the Provincial Enterprise Committee. He is now the board chairman of Langsha Group.
He is a member of the CPPCC Standing Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of Industrial and Commercial Association of Zhejiang Province, the deputy director of China Knitting Industry Association, the board chairperson of Zhejing Knitting Association, the president of Yiwu Hosiery Association and the deputy president of Yiwu Charity Federation.

• For these 12 years, under the great support of leaders at various levels and various social fields, the enterprise, always obeying laws and operating in credit, becomes the leading enterprise of the global socks and underwear industry. The enterprise now has over ten thousand employees and its annual output exceeds one billion Yuan. In 2006, the enterprise paid about 30,000,000 Yuan profit tax (including export drawback), which reached 50,000,000 Yuan in 2007. It increases at a speed of over 40% each year.
• In 2002, it was the first enterprise obtaining the “Famous Trademark of China”, “China Top Brand” and the “National Product Exempt from Inspection” in Jinhua region.
• In 2004, it won the “Excellent Socialist Builders of Jinhua City” and the “Excellent Operation Golden Bull of Jinhua City”;
• In 2005 and 2006, it won the third rank of the “Top 50 Industrial Enterprises of Yiwu City” (the first two ranks were got by State-owned enterprises) and enjoyed the title of the “Top 50 Independently Innovative Private Enterprises in China”.
• In 2006, it got the solely “Representative Brand of China Industry” and the “National Environmental Friendly Enterprises” of the industry and became one of the first batch of “National Industrial Tourism Demonstration Enterprises” in Yiwu; in addition, underwear products also won the “National Product Exempt from Inspection”.
• In 2007, it was appraised as the “Zhejiang Businessmen Social Responsibility Prize”, the “Top Employer in Zhejiang Province” and the “Ten Charity Entrepreneurs of Yiwu City”.
• In 2007, Langsha was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange and became the first domestic private enterprise with mainboard listed in Yiwu.

Social Responsibility

• In 2006, he invested five million Yuan and opened “Langsha Three Agricultures College”, allowing farmers trained with paid. He planed to train 10,000 farmers in five years. So far, about 4,000 farmers are proficient in a particular skill and have stepped in new posts. This is a helpful exploration for construction of new countryside and a new mode of industry regurgitation feeding agriculture.
• In 2007, he contributed 3.53 million Yuan once to Yiwu Charity Federation and became the industrial enterprise with the most money contributed. He always participated in supporting poverty grant and other social public welfare. There are now over 10 million Yuan of money and materials contributed.
• Fulfill his responsibilities as the president of Yiwu Hosiery Association. The enterprise plays a leading and demonstration role in creating brand, making scale bigger, listing of enterprise and independent innovation, and has made Yiwu socks and underwear industry with the most global competiveness, adaptable to various international rules. In 1999, he appointed a member of the CPPCC Standing Committee. During this period, he positively participated in deliberating and administration of State affairs.
